Kirvy Ferguson (CEO) – MBA, FCCA, CA

Mr. Kirvy Ferguson is the Principal of K E Ferguson & Co. (Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors) and a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience. His career has spanned financial markets in Western and Eastern Europe, North America, and The Bahamas. Before founding the firm in 2009, he held senior positions in banking and financial services, including Chief Internal Auditor and Senior Manager roles at a major commercial bank. He also served as Accounting Manager for Shipston Group, Senior Manager at Price Waterhouse in The Bahamas, and Manager at their London offices.

Mr. Ferguson serves on various boards, including as Chairman of the Finance and Audit Committee for Summit Insurance and as a Financial Expert to the Audit Committee of The Central Bank of The Bahamas. He served as deputy chairman in The Bahamas Development Bank and served as a council member The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr. Ferguson is an adjunct professor of accounting at The University of The Bahamas and he frequently leads seminars on financial planning and entrepreneurship.

Mr. Ferguson is a Fellow of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK), a Licensed member of The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants, and holds an MBA. His diverse expertise continues to shape the strategic direction of K E Ferguson & Co.
